2027 Medical Equipment Assistance
Worldwide applications are invited for Niyan Foundation's 2027 medical equipment cycle.
Who may apply
- Children requiring medical or therapeutic equipment must be between 5 and 10 years of age (inclusive) at the time of application.
- The applying family must provide full and accurate household-income information demonstrating financial need.
- A valid current prescription from a licensed physician or specialist recommending the requested equipment is required.
- A diagnosis report from a qualified medical professional or hospital confirming the underlying medical condition must be submitted.

All requests are subject to eligibility review, verification of medical and financial documentation, program capacity, and the Foundation’s final decision. Applicants must provide truthful and complete information. Personal, financial, and health-related information is collected only as reasonably necessary to review and administer the request, verify eligibility, communicate with the family, and maintain program records. For minors, a parent or legal guardian should consent to the submission.
